Creating a Safe and Inclusive Learning Environment

Children thrive when they feel safe, respected, and included. At Crosshill International School, safeguarding and inclusivity are cornerstones of our community.

Non-Discrimination Policy

We embrace diversity. Crosshill does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability, ethnicity, or national origin. Every child has the right to equal opportunities.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

We enforce strict safeguarding policies to protect children from abuse, neglect, or harassment. Students are encouraged to report concerns to teachers, counsellors, or the headteacher, and disclosures are handled with utmost confidentiality.

Our staff is legally mandated to report suspected abuse to the Ghana Social Welfare Department or Child Protection Unit. This ensures accountability and swift action.

Anti-Bullying Initiatives

Bullying — whether verbal, physical, or emotional — is not tolerated. Through guidance programs, counseling, and awareness campaigns, we promote respect and empathy among students.

Safety on Campus

From a 15 km/h traffic rule to designated drop-off zones, we prioritize student safety. Parents and drivers are expected to comply with safety regulations to reduce risks on school grounds.

Inclusive Learning

Inclusivity extends to academics as well. We strive to provide tailored support for students with different learning needs, ensuring that every child can thrive.

By combining strong policies with a nurturing culture, Crosshill provides not just a school, but a second home where children feel secure to learn and grow.
