My name is Frederick, and I began my teaching career in 2000 after completing my professional teacher training at Komenda College of Education. Over the years, I have served as both a class teacher and subject teacher, gaining extensive experience across different levels of education.

I furthered my studies at the University of Cape Coast, where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2013 and later a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics in 2024. Throughout my teaching journey, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of curricula, including GES, Cambridge, and Maple Bear, which has provided me with a rich and well-rounded perspective on teaching and learning pedagogies.

My experience across various levels, from Primary to Secondary, has equipped me with a deep understanding of learner needs and curriculum design. I bring on board a robust and all-round academic structure that positions Crosshill International School as a leader in quality education.

At the beginning of 2024, I embraced a new challenge when I stepped into the role of Principal of Crosshill International School. I absolutely love this role and have enjoyed developing new skills in school leadership, service management, mentoring and guiding educators, and overseeing administration.

CHIS

early childhood educators.

Early childhood educators are fully qualified, very experienced and extremely dedicated to their roles – many have been with us since it opened in 2020.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why our team is only made up of permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employ regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!

In addition to their qualifications, our educators engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education. This ensures that every learning experience is grounded in current knowledge and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Our team is passionate about building strong partnerships with families, recognising that collaboration between home and school is essential for a child’s success. By fostering open communication and shared goals, we create a nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and inspired to thrive.
